Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Please do not send products to the sender’s address, our registered business address, or any other address before contacting us and receiving return authorization.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
• Custom products such as special orders or personalized items
• Personal care or hygiene products where the seal has been broken
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are generally non-returnable, except where a return or refund is required under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If the merchandise is delivered to a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This statutory right is separate from and is not limited by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
